Recruit Barracks -Constructs four story open bay BEQ for SOI with a parking for 330 vehicles. The facility will have arms rooms, laundry rooms, and company offices. Single Marine and Sailor Center - Building includes laundry facilities, multipurpose rooms, lounges, internet resource center, game rooms, meeting area, administrative offices, housekeeping areas, and public restrooms. Las Pulgas Landfill - Remove 250,000CY of trash, removal of the existing liner and leachate collection system, and installation of a new prescriptive liner. Recon BN Operations complex - Constructs 185,000SF complex including a high-rise multi-story HQ and classroom, warehouse, comm/elect maintenance shop, auto shop, paraloft, fitness center, fire station, location exchange, single marine center, post office, armory and parking garage. ANGLICO - Constructs HQ facility, armory, comm/elect maintenance shop, vehicle maintenance shop, and renovations to the existing facility for warehouse and applied instruction space. Truck Company - Constructs 55,080SF complex including Company Headquarters, Warehouse, Dispatch, Armory, Single Marine Facility, and a Dining Facility. This project also renovates the existing Vehicle Maintenance Facility and adds a 2,160 SF Maintenance Bay. Recon BN Operations complex construction. Enlisted dining facility - Constructs a 56,000SF consolidated dining facility with separate dining and serving areas for permanent party personnel and recruits. Recruit barracks - Constructs 24 K-span type structures in Ranges 501 and 505 to function as recruit field barracks to support manpower increases. BEQ - Construct one 233 room and one 200 room BEQs. Repair and alter brig building - Convert existing Brig Building to a Pre-trial Confinement facility for approximately 100 detainees. Constructs enlisted dining facility with drive-through and parking garage. CNAT/FRS Aviation Training and BEQ - Constructs a Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Complex comprised of high-rise applied instruction center and multi-story administrative facility. Base-wide Communications Upgrade Fiber Optic & Telephone Install nearly 300,000LF of inter-camp and intra-camp Fiber Optic (FO) cable and telephone cable connectivity.  All intra-camp distribution will be underground in concrete encased conduits and manholes Road work throughout Mainside with traffic impacts including lane closures.  MACS Rd will have intermittent road closures Feb.2013 - June 2013. Cable installation along Basilone and San Mateo with intermittent traffic handling and detours. Base-wide Electrical Distribution Upgrade  Project replaces the existing 12 kV Electrical Distribution System and subsystem with 8 new 12 kV circuits that provide approximately 60% of Base electrical power  Pole line construction and outages in the following areas (Oct. 2012-Oct. 2013): 22, 26, 11, 15, 27, 23.  Anticipate construction traffic in and around Mainside and 22 Areas. January 2014
Electrical Upgrades Constructs a 69KV electrical transmission system to provide efficient electrical distribution throughout Base. Constructs 4 new substations Pole line installation from 53 to 51 Area; anticipate traffic control and delays.  Heavy construction taking place in 51 Area near Chaisson Rd/Basilone intersection. Fall 2013
Advanced Water Treatment (Reverse Osmosis) Plant Constructs advanced water treatment facilities at the existing MCB Iron/Manganese (I/M) Water Treatment Plant   AWT is and running. Work at Del Mar Beach to conclude by beginning of April 2013.  Summer 2013

Water Conveyance Pipeline Constructs 25 miles of pipeline in conjuction with P1044 to distribution around northern areas of the distribution system.  Construction dust and debris on Basilone, El Camino Real, Las Pulgas, Stuart Mesa. Traffic impacts to begin Summer 2013.  Spring 2016

Northern Region Tertiary Treatment Plant Expansion (NRTTP) Constructs North Regional Tertiary treatment plant and sludge treatment facility to treat raw sewage from tributary areas  Conveyance line installation along San Mateo Road between 62 Area and 52 Area.  NRTTP construction site between 51 and 52 Area; expect construction traffic along Basilone from Las Pulgas and San Onofre Gates.
