IPAC INBOUND CENTER

MISSION:
To provide unit commanders with the efficient join processing of Marines aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. To provide easy access to electronic service records to unit commanders and ensure all pay and entitlements are started in a timely manner upon reporting aboard Camp Pendleton. In conjunction with our local Disbursing Office, we will ensure travel claims are submitted and processed in a timely manner.

The Inbound Center is located in building 13107 on the second deck (See Map). The Inbound Center operates 5 days per week, but it’s closed during all liberty periods and federal holidays. The hours are Monday through Friday from 0730 - 1630.

In the event that a Marine checks in after the above listed times, they will report to the HqSptBn Officer of the Day located on the first deck of building 13107.  It is the units responsibility to ensure Marines who check in with their unit first, must be directed to the Inbound Center for personnel processing.
