Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese speaks to the mayor, city council members, city manager and other city officials from San Clemente to further establish the important relationship between them and Camp Pendleton during a luncheon at the Pacific Views Event Center here, June 17. The City of San Clemente is one of only two local communities to have adopted two different units on Camp Pendleton. Coglianese is the base commanding general and regional authority for five military installations in the Southwestern United States.
