Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego won The San Diego Team Trophy at the 2015 Western Division Matches at Camp Pendleton on March 6. The trophy is referred to as "The Bear" and is one of the oldest active trophies competed for in the Marine Corps, it is awarded to the rifle team that scores the most overall points and comes from a unit whose strength is in excess of 600 personnel.
