Ellie Kay speaks to military spouses about motivation during the Live, Laugh and Learn event at the Del Mar Beach Resort here April 19. The tour features motivational presentations, book signing and author meet-and-greet events for military wives. Kay has been a military spouse for 25 years, is a mother seven and is the author of 15 books, including “The Sixty Minute Money Workout,” “Living Rich for Less” and “Heroes at Home.”
