MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Michael Fila, an emergency dispatcher on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, poses for a photo in the dispatch center on Camp Pendleton, California, Aug. 26, 2019. Fila was medically separated from the Marine Corps in 2014 due to being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
