(Urgent Maintenance/response within 5 working days) Medium: DEFINED AS ANY FACILITY OR ASSET THAT REQUIRES URGENT ACTION TO PREVENT HARM TO TENANTS AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT OR GOVERNMENT PROPERTY.

(Corrective Maintenance/response as soon as feasible/within 30 working days) Low: DEFINED AS ANY FACILITY OR ASSET THAT REQUIRES GENERAL MAINTENANCE TO IMPROVE TENANT QUALITY OF LIFE.
