Walls, senior project manager, Stronghold Engineering Inc.; Lt. Cmdr. Scott King, resident officer in charge of construction, MCB Camp Pendleton; David R. Mendoza, project superintendent, Stronghold Engineering Inc., cut the ribbon for Camp Pendleton’s newest barracks in the 41 Area on earth day. The $9.7 million facility is the second building on base to be powered via solar powered electricity, and can house up to 288 service members.
