The Anniversary of the Battle of Hue City / Tet Offensive - The Battle of Hue City began on 31 Jan. 1968. After the initial attack from the North Vietnamese Army on United States forces and their allies on 30 Jan. 1968, United States Marines began a 26 day battle in the city of Hue in central Vietnam.
