Press Release #12-006 Noise levels may increase aboard Camp Pendleton

Camp Pendleton artillery units will be conducting 24-hour live-fire training into the Zulu and Whiskey impact areas as part of a regimental exercise from 12:01 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10, until noon Sunday, Feb. 12.

Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.
