The Quarter Master Liquid Logistics exercise is an Army reserve exercise that helps train service members in the movement of large amount of fuels from one fuel farm to another. Billy is the petroleum lab supervisor for the 316th Quarter Masters Battalion stationed in Okmulgee, Ok.
