Brig. Gen. John W. Bullard presented the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton Cantonment of the Quarter, large camp, award to Col. Michael E. Cordero at the 16-Area pavilion Jan. 24. The plaque has been awarded to Main Side for the 1st quarter of 2014. Bullard is the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations - West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and Cordero is the commanding officer of Headquarters & Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. - Brig.
