CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. -- Laura Delpena, an event volunteer, and Kaylee, 7, enjoy time in the ocean during the Exceptional Family Member Program beach event at Del Mar Beach, Aug. 2-3. The Best Day Foundation Orange County Chapter hosted the event for special needs children that are enrolled in the EFMP.
