David Woo pedals up a hill known as “Mateo Mountain” during the Toujours Fidele-Tour de Camp Pendleton in San Mateo Nov. 2. The 100, 75, 50 and 25-mile tours took bicyclists down Basilone Road, past the air station, and North on Stuart Mesa Road.
