“Eagle Eyes” is a suspicious activity reporting program developed through the combined efforts of Marine Corps Installations West and the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force. The program encourages people, on and off Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., to participate and play an important role in deterring, detecting and defeating criminal or terrorist crimes.
