Robert J. Gilleskie speaks about microgrids and their importance during the first session of the panel discussion at the “Camp Pendleton Day” event held at the Pacific Views event center here July 18. Gilleskie is the regional energy manager for Marine Corps Installations-West. The Society of American Military Engineers holds the annual “Camp Pendleton Day” event every year in support of the war fighter, specifically the engineering industry.
