SecNav 1640.9C (7301) Dictates proper instruction for temporary release of confinees.

In addition to the requirements outlined in SecNavInst 1640.9C (7301) the proper form required to temporary release a prisoner/detainee is a DD Form 2708.

DD Form 629 is no longer valid and will not be accepted.
