Marine Corps Community Service’s Semper Fit Division Athletic Department is seeking applications for the 2012 Camp Pendleton Male and Female Athlete of the Year.

The application must be submitted, via your chain of command, to the Semper Fit Athletic Director by Feb. 22.

The applicants should include the following individual athletic accomplishment information:

1.  Competitive experience level for 2012 (varsity, regional, All Marine, Olympic, etc.)
2.  Number of athletic competitive events for 2012 (races, games, etc.)
3.  Number of athletic leagues participated in for 2012 (military, civilian, etc.)
4.  Performance accomplishments for 2012 (wins, notable times, records set, etc.)

Additionally, an athletic biography and a head shot photograph must accompany the application.
