Dorothy Tellez, left, and cousin, Tom Tellez, attend a dedication ceremony of Pendleton’s Fire Station 10 to her son Sgt. Brian E. Dunlap here April 6. Dunlap was an advisor for the Iraqi Army and firefighter with the Camp Pendleton Fire Department and in 2005 and was killed by an improvised explosive device while conducting combat operations against enemy forces in Abu Fleiss, Iraq.
