Ms. Mindy Martini performs an alcohol breath-testing check on Seaman Terrance Scott during an intoxiclock® presentation during the hospital’s Alcohol Awareness Fair April 29. Martini is from the Marine Corps Community Services Camp Pendleton Consolidated Substance Abuse Counseling Center and Scott is a logistical specialist from the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Material Management Department.
