“Eagle Eyes” is a suspicious activity reporting program developed through the combined efforts of Marine Corps Installations West and the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force. The program encourages people, on and off Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., to participate and play an important role in deterring, detecting and defeating criminal or terrorist crimes. The purpose of Eagle Eyes is to ensure the community knows what to look for and how to report suspicious activity to the local authorities on base.
