Capt. Kenneth Jay Iverson expresses thanks and gives remarks during the Naval Hospital Change of Command held at the grounds of the new Naval Hospital here July 26. Iverson served as the commanding officer for Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and is relinquishing command to Capt. Mark Kobelja.
