Naval Facilities Engineering Command partnering with Clark/McCarthy A Joint Venture (CMJV) is scheduled to perform a functional test of the emergency power system on the Replacement Naval Hospital Project Sept 12 between the hours of 3 a.m., through 6:30 a.m. The hospitals interruption of utility power will not affect local residences. Residents near the replacement hospital will see an increase in early morning activity in the area, as well some additional noise associated with the testing.
