Brig. Gen. John W. Bullard expresses his appreciation for the volunteers from the surrounding community during this year’s Camp Pendleton Armed Forces YMCA Board Installation and Volunteer Recognition Dinner by marching on the colors at the Pacific Views Event Center, Jan 24. The dinner honors Pendleton’s volunteers, and awards civilian and military volunteer of the year, and volunteer unit of the year. Bullard is the commanding general of Marine Corps Installation West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
