America's Forgotten Heroes, a non-profit organization committed to raising awareness of the service and sacrifice military working dog handlers provide to their country, attended a memorial at Pacific Views Event Center's Memorial Garden here, Aug. 9. The Dawgs Project, a company dedicated to military working dog handlers of all services, unveiled a memorial to commemorate K-9 handling service.
