CAMP PENDLETON, Calif - Marine Corps Community Services held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Casa Del Mar, an events center here, Oct. 14. Brig. Gen. Edward D. Banta, center, Commanding General, and Sgt. Maj. Scott R. Helms, left, sergeant major, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Marine Corps Installations - West, were on hand for the ribbon cutting the ceremony.
