Camp Pendleton’s North Terrace Elementary School held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the completion of the school’s new track, Sept. 2. The school’s running team provided handmade gifts and cards to Bullock and expressed their gratitude for his hard work. The ceremony culminated with a celebratory lap by the school’s running team around the new track.
