MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Daniel Echevarria, intelligence analyst, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, prepares an RQ-20B Puma drone for launch during Operation Wild Buck (OWB) at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, Dec. 18, 2018.
