U.S. Marines with the Special Reaction Team, police officers with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Special Weapons and Tactics team, the Escondido Police Department SWAT, special agents with the United States Secret Service Counter Assault Tactical Team, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Regional Enforcement Action Capabilities Team participate in an integrated joint training exercise at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 28, 2026.
