Cpl. Eric A. Humer, navigational technician, from Dover, Pa., and Lance Cpl. Larry R. Palmer, communications technician, from Birmingham, Ala., both with Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, stand next to Maj. Gen. Michael R. Lehnert, commanding general, Marine Corps Installations West, Oct 31. Humer and Palmer were awarded noncommissioned officer and Marine of the quarter awards for the fourth quarter fiscal year 2008, the Navy Achievement Medal and a challenge coin from Lehnert.
