Camp Pendleton officially opened Coco's Bakery Restaurant at Pacific Plaza, with a ribbon cutting ceremony, April 16. This is Department of Defense's first sit-down eatery, said Samantha Grant, Junger-Godfrey Public Relations. The 4500-square-foot restaurant seats up to 150 patrons and is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The family restaurant took less than three months to build with only six months of planning.
