Participants in Camp Pendleton’s 2010 Heartbreak Ridge Half Marathon approach the finish line at base’s 43 Area, Sept. 11. The half marathon is run annually in ordinance with Marine Special Operations Command Hard Corps Race Series and is the fifth of the six races offered for participants. More than 1,000 runners competed for awards in 50 categories in the 13.1 mile course.
