Students attending the Military Academic Skills Program or MASP, a program designed to improve reading, writing, communications and math skills, study at the Joint Education Center, April 21. The MASP program is one of a myriad of programs the military offers to active-duty and spouses affiliated with Camp Pendleton at the JEC.
