Mya Russell, 8, read the Kids First Fair proclemation during the opening ceremony of the 17th annual Kids First Fair hosted by the Children, Youth and Teen Programs at the Paige Fieldhouse parking lot on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton April 28. The fair recognized children of military members and provided information and resources to service members and their families. Russell is a third grade student at Mary Fay Pendleton Elementary School.
