Orion Gates, 7, lets his kite fly in the wind during a kite day event on Camp Pendleton's Del Mar Beach, July 29. The event, hosted by the Del Mar Beach Resort, provided service members and their families with music, food, face painting and a kite making and flying tutorial workshop.
