Shaun Sadler, commanding officer of Marine Aircraft Group 39, I Marine Expeditionary Force, and Jeff Harper, president of Harper Construction, shovel dirt at a ground breaking ceremony for two future bachelor enlisted quarters in the 24 Area here, Aug. 21. The two projects combined will provide 430 two-man room quarters totaling 218,000 square feet, and achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold Rating. The projects are scheduled for completion on Oct. 13, 2013.
