CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. --
The 2015 edition of the Marine West Exposition is scheduled to be held on Camp Pendleton Wednesday and Thursday at Pacific Views Event Center.
The opening ceremony will begin at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday. The expo's hours are 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
The expo provides Marines and other military and civilian defense personnel with opportunities to interface with manufacturers showcasing the best and newest hardware produced for military personnel worldwide.
In addition to individual items of equipment, weapons, logistics support systems, communications equipment and special operations systems, displays will highlight a broad spectrum of various Marine Corps modernization assets.
******MEDIA COORDINATION INSTRUCTIONS****** Media is invited to attend the opening ceremony and expo Wednesday morning. Media interested in covering this event must RSVP with Camp Pendleton Media Relations Office by emailing pendleton.media@usmc.mil no later than noon Tuesday, Jan. 27. Members of the media who have RSVP'd will be met at Camp Pendleton's MAIN GATE no later than 8:30 a.m. Wednesday to be escorted to the event.
