Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton

CAMP PENDLETON -- Camp Pendleton artillery units will be conducting 24-hour live-fire training into the Zulu and Whiskey impact areas starting Friday and lasting until Sunday morning.

Depending on atmospheric conditions, the sound of the explosions may be amplified and heard up to 50 miles away.
