CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. --
Base fire crews responded to a fire in the vicinity of Lake O’Neill at 12:45 p.m. today.
In addition to the support from CALFIRE, outside assets to include air support were requested and are on site.
Residents within O’Neill Heights housing have been evacuated to the Paige Fieldhouse.
At this time approximately 110 acres have burned.
There is minor damage to three buildings. There are no reports of injuries.
