CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - The Battle Color Detachment from Marine Barracks Washington march past, reviewing officers Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese and Lt. Gen. John A. Toolan, during the Battle Color Ceremony at the Paige Fieldhouse Football Field here March 15. Coglianese is the base commanding general and regional authority of five Marine Corps installations in the southwestern United States and Toolan is the commanding general for the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force here.
