CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Lance Cpl. Eithan Osborne dumps horse manure into a wheelbarrow during the Single Marine Program’s volunteer event at the Stepp Stables here April 17. Osborne is a flight line mechanic with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 469 here.
