CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Sgt. Maj. Mark A. Byrd explains the time window for promotion photos during the Manpower Management Support Branch Promotion and Performance brief at the base theater here Aug. 7. The brief covered information to assist Reporting Seniors and Reviewing Officers with completing fitness reports, as well as help Marines receiving reports better understand how they are evaluated. Byrd is the sergeant major for the Performance Evaluation Section at Headquarter Marine Corps.
