CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Staff Sgt. Alejandro Lopez teaches Sgt. 1st Class Yoji Yamaguchi and Master Sgt. Yasushi Yamakawa how to assemble a .50 caliber machine gun during the Amphibious Assault Crewman Course Nov. 5. Members of the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force are training with Marines as part of the Military Sales Program. Yamaguchi and Yamakawa are both members of the JGSDF and are currently students in the AAC Course. Lopez is the instructor of the AAC Course.
