Camp Pendleton, Calif. - CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. -- Sgt. Daniel E. Norris, Officer Russell Palmeri and Cpl. Lance F. Bryant were presented with the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for meritorious service and the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service award, for heroic actions that saved the life of a Marine, at the Military Police Department headquarters building here, Dec. 17. Norris and Bryant are military police patrolmen and Palmeri is a civilian police officer with the Marine Corps Police Department, Security and Emergency Services Battalion here. (Lance Cpl. Asia J.
