Kaden Rivera, 6, watches the Camp Pendleton Fire Department get ready as they respond to a call during the luncheon in his honor at Fire Station 8 on Camp Pendleton, Aug. 18. The luncheon was held to honor the fire crew that responded to Rivera's life threatening emergency and to recognize him as an honorary firefighter.
