Maj. Stephen F. Wildt, the Combined Federal Campaign action officer for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, completes work at his desk in preparation for this year's charity campaign. The CFC, established in 1961 by Pres. John F. Kennedy, is an annual workplace charity campaign that provides federal and military employees with an opportunity to donate to local, national and international organizations.
