Exceptional Family Member Program holds beach event on Pendleton
August 6, 2014 — Children enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program participated in a beach day event at Del Mar Beach here, Aug. 2-3. EFMP hosted the event for special needs children who are enrolled in the program.
