Camp Pendleton manages two Emergency Notification Systems. One system, called AtHOC, requires access using a government computer and common access card (CAC). The other systems just requires access via the internet.
Both systems allow the user to enter contact information, which will be utilized to notify individuals via email and/or text message in the event of an emergency, crisis event or severe weather conditions.
