Marines Stepp up at Stables April 18, 2013 — Horses roamed the dew covered corral and grazed on alfalfa in the crisp morning air while Marines gathered old rakes and worn wheelbarrows as care takers for the steeds of Stepp Stables here April 17. Animal Shelter works with volunteers on Pendleton August 23, 2012 — The Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter opened to Marine volunteers from the Single Marine Program to help cultivate the landscape around the shelter and interact with the animals, Aug. 21.
