Military Police will provide security and emergency services from 1730-2000, Oct. 31 to deter crime and provide a safe environment for children. There will be an increased presence of mobile and walking patrols in the following housing areas. • De Luz Housing • San Luis Rey Housing • Stuart Mesa Housing • Santa Margarita Housing • San Onofre Housing • O’Neil Heights Housing • Serra Mesa Housing • Wire Mountain Housing • South Mesa Housing • Delmar Housing The fire department will also have engines and ambulances staged at the entrances to housing that is in their response zone, according to the letter of instruction for operation Base Reign Over Our Munchkins.
